These plasters for your nose work great. Paste very well. So much more breath through the nose. They stick so well that I even cut them in half lengthwise. Just clean your face. Great product and not expensive because there are 30 patches in the box.

Very satisfied with this product. Works so well and I would recommend it to all. I'm able to breathe so well during the night, I have asthma and it is important for me to breathe through my nose rather than my mouth at night. These strips do the trick!! It does state that there is latex in the product, so anyone allergic to latex should be aware.
